TUNA FILLETS IN OLIVE OIL
The Callipo company chooses tuna of the finest quality and processed completely in Italy, in the Maierato (VV) plant, in all its phases, following traditions that are centuries old. The best fillets are selected one by one and are hand-infused with olive oil, following strict rules of hygiene and food safety. Then they are aged for a long time to guarantee an intense and inimitable flavour.
